I love everything about this Whirlpool Refrigerator. The bottom freezer has a large capacity and easy access. The controls are easy to use and there is a location for everything. I had the older model and had to upgrade. The main shelf on the newer model is slightly smaller than the older model. Has the regular noises a refrigerator makes. A little pricey, but worth every penny!

I've had almost a month, makes ice cubes very fast. We'll never run out. Vegetables stay fresh in keepers. Just the right temperature and low moisture setting great feature. Looks very nice with my decor.

This refrigerator has less fresh cu. ft than refrigerators of similar ht/width with freezer on top so I was afraid I wouldn't have as much room as with my old fridge. But I was pleasantly surprised at how much MORE room I have. With the shelves at eye level, we are able to see what is on the shelves front to back on ALL the shelves--unlike top freezer models--and therefore can fit more in the fridge. Plenty of space!! Plus, I love the roomy, adjustable bins on the door--I am able to put 2 half gallons and a Britta pitcher in the bins and still have room for all the condiments/salad dressings/etc. The produce drawers slide real smoothly. As others have stated, it does run a little loud, especially when it is kicking in. But otherwise, I am very happy I bought this refrigerator!

Very similar to the amana, but the split shelf was well worth it and we use it regularly. Magnetic seals are tight and help with kids shutting the doors and no popping open the freezer with air pressure.

Purchased this fridge last May and by October the refrigerator portion would not go any lower than 45 degrees. After 2 months trying to get it fixed Whirpool replaced it. We just received the new one 2 weeks ago and on the coldest setting it will not get below 40 degrees. There must be something wrong with this model. We have owned other Whirpool appliances over the years and haven't had any problems until this one.

Overall, I like this refrigerator. I had to replace one that broke down and I didn't want to spend a lot because the new refrigerator will probably stay in the house when we move in the next year or so.I chose this model because it has the freezer on the bottom, which was a feature I really wanted. I also like the clear bins, which make it easy to see what is inside.The main thing I dislike is the two exposed screws on the front. They detract from the appearance. It also does not have a dedicated area for ice trays. They have to sit on the shelf with everything else.

The door design of this refrigerator is terrible. Although installed properly, the door flies quickly open. Two hands are needed at all times to prevent the door from smacking the wall. Whirlpool was contacted and had no solution.

I bought this a month ago. The only negative was that it took a few weeks to actually get it. I also wish that the local stores had examples of this black finish. I was concerned as we all know how stainless shows finger marks, and wondered if the black would be worse. It is NOT. There is almost a plastic coating over the black and you have to squint, and REALLY look from different angles to see any marks on it.The design is very well done. I went from a wider side-by side and this one by FAR has more useful space. The freezer on bottom is nice and I like that it is a door and not a drawer like most of the others I saw. The refrigerator holds a lot and is well thought out with the bright light, drawers and moveable shelves. I never thought I would be excited about a refrigerator, but I am in love with this one so far.There was one glitch in the delivery. The doors had to be switched to open from the opposite side and in doing that one of the the plastic covers for the holes broke. I emailed whirlpool and I am waiting on a reply. Otherwise, all went exactly as I would have hoped.

This fridge works well for the space I have, as it is smaller than a "standard" fridge. It works well- keeps food at the correct temperature, and I like that the shelves are adjustable and sturdy. It is very convenient having the fridge on top, and the freezer holds a surprising amount of food.My only complaints are:1.) There is a high-pitched humming sound (think ringing in your ears sound) when it is running. It isn't constant, but definitely noticeable, even from a room away. I have had the fridge for a month, and still consider sending it back sometimes because of this. It's one of those noises that's hard to ignore.2.) The installers did not give it enough tilt so that the door swings closed on its own. I asked them to, and they appeared to, but after they left, I realized they were giving it a "push". So, if you don't push it hard enough, the door will appear to close, but will really stay open a couple of inches (not good if you don't realize it for awhile!).Overall, a good fridge, especially since options are limited for this size range. If they could fix the high-pitched running noise, I would give it 5 stars!

Because of the size of the opening where our fridge sits in our kitchen, we were limited to only 3 new refridgerators at our local big box store. We settled on the Whirlpool, bottom freezer, model. The fridge that we replaced was a side by side that was a little larger , but for some reason the new WHIRLPOOL acually seems bigger. It looks great in our kitchen, has plenty of room, runs quiet, & the out side finish cleans up nicely. The LED LIGHTS are great for my tired old eyes. But what I really like is that its made in the USA.+

I've only had it for a few weeks but I love it. With my old frig I had to bend awkwardly just to get a condiment out. With the freezer being on the bottom I no longer hurt my back. It runs quietly too. Though it is a little smaller than my old frig, the design actually gives me more room to put food in. It really is a great refrigerator.

Big space for a small fridge

We have had the fridge for about three weeks and are very happy with it, we have always had textured surface to help with fingerprints this is smooth so it matches our other appliances and it is very easy to keep clean. Just a quick wipe and back to clean. I always had a hard time with the sliding draws for veggies but these draws run very quick and smooth. I love being able to adjust the shelves to adjust to the storage containers we are apt to use. The door shelves are separate sections instead of one long section so those are also great in that you can adjust to tall and short areas to accommodate all jar and bottle sizes.. Like being able to have the gallon of milk on the door. We feel we have plenty of room for a smaller size fridge.

We had a bottom freezer and wanted another one. So glad we got it. The freezer isn't used as much so it makes sense to have it on the bottom and have the refrigerator at the top for easy access. We love the drawers and shelves. Great item and would highly recommend it.
